TypeWithAI makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding typing improvement, speed increases, accuracy gains, or any other learning outcomes.Individual results may vary significantly. The effectiveness of the Service depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: user dedication, practice frequency, physical abilities, equipment quality, and environmental conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TYPEWITHAI, ITS CREATORS, DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

7. Camera and Privacy
The Service requires camera access for hand tracking functionality. Video data is processed locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers. We do not store, record, or have access to your camera feed. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate privacy in your environment when using camera features.
8. Invitation Tokens
Access to the Service may require an invitation token. Tokens are for personal use only and may not be sold, transferred, or shared. We reserve the right to revoke tokens at any time without notice.
9. Health Disclaimer
Extended typing practice may cause repetitive strain injuries or discomfort. Take regular breaks, maintain proper posture, and consult a healthcare professional if you experience pain or discomfort. The Service is not a substitute for professional ergonomic or medical advice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
